When you use Wellpass, we collect the following:

• Account details: your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, and gender

• Profile photo (optional, uploaded by you)

• Booking history: classes and appointments you have booked or attended

• Payment information: your card details are processed and stored securely by Areeba – we never store your full card number

• Device token for push notifications

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your account

• Process class and appointment bookings

• Send booking confirmations, reminders, and updates

• Handle customer support requests

• Maintain the security and reliability of the app

We work with the following trusted services to operate Wellpass:

• Supabase – our secure cloud infrastructure and database provider

• Areeba – our payment processor, which handles all card transactions

We do not sell your personal information to any third party. We do not use third-party advertising or behavioral tracking tools.

Your data is stored on secure, encrypted servers. Access is restricted to authorized personnel only. Payment transactions are handled entirely by Areeba under their own security standards.

While we take all reasonable measures to protect your data, no system is completely immune to risk. We encourage you to keep your login credentials confidential.

You have the right to:

• Correct any inaccurate information in your profile

• Request deletion of your account and associated data
