Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Peach Theory ("Peach Theory", "we", "us" or "our"), a women's fitness studio located in Rabieh, Lebanon, collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use the Peach Theory mobile app.

By creating an account or using the app, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

We only collect the information we need to run the app and provide our services:

• Account details — your name and email address, plus any profile information you choose to add (such as a phone number or profile photo).

• Sign-in information — we offer passwordless login by email code, as well as Apple and Google sign-in. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive basic identifiers (such as your name and email) from that provider. Apple's "Hide My Email" is supported.

• Activity in the app — the classes and appointments you book, your attendance, the packages or memberships you hold, and the workouts you log.

• Reviews and feedback — any ratings, reviews, or messages you submit.

• Notification and technical data — a push-notification token and basic device information needed to deliver notifications and keep the app working.

We do not use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking tools, and we do not build advertising profiles about you.

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your account and sign you in.

• Let you browse, book, and manage classes, appointments, packages, and workouts.

• Send you service notifications such as booking confirmations, reminders, and cancellations.

• Respond to your questions and provide customer support.

• Keep the app secure and prevent fraud or abuse.

• Comply with our legal obligations.

Where the laws of the European Union or the United Kingdom apply to you, we rely on the following legal bases to process your personal data:

• Performance of a contract — to provide the app and the services you request.

• Consent — for example, to send you push notifications; you can withdraw consent at any time.

• Legitimate interests — to keep the app secure, prevent abuse, and improve our services.

• Legal obligation — where we are required by law to process or retain certain data.

The app does not currently process payments. Bookings, packages, and memberships are paid for directly at the studio.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate the app, and only as needed:

• Apple and Google — if you choose to sign in with them.

• Apple, Google, and Expo push services — to deliver notifications to your device.

• Authorities or advisors — where we are legally required to disclose information, or to protect our rights.

Your data is stored securely with our hosting provider and protected by encryption in transit and by access controls that keep each studio's data isolated. Our providers may store or process data on servers located outside Lebanon, including outside the European Economic Area; where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

We keep your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations. When you ask us to delete your account, we remove your personal data except where we must retain limited records to comply with the law.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.

• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.

• Delete your data ("right to be forgotten").

• Restrict or object to certain processing.

• Receive a copy of your data in a portable format.

• Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.

You can update your profile in the app at any time, or contact us to exercise any of these rights. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, and we will notify you within the app of any material changes. Your continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
