Who We Are

This Privacy Policy explains how E20 Fitness ("E20", "we", "us" or "our"), an EMS training studio with branches in Mkalles and Chiyah, Lebanon, collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use the E20 Fitness mobile app.

By creating an account or using the app, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Information We Collect

We only collect the information we need to run the app and provide our services:

• Account details — your name, email address, phone number, gender, and date of birth.

• Sign-in information — we use passwordless login by a one-time code sent to your email.

• Activity in the app — the sessions you book, your attendance, and the packages you hold.

• Body composition measurements — scans recorded by our coaches at the studio (such as weight, body fat, and muscle mass), and any scan reports attached to them.

• Notification and technical data — a push-notification token and basic device information needed to deliver notifications and keep the app working.

We do not use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking tools, and we do not build advertising profiles about you.

Body Composition Data

Body composition measurements are health-related information, so we treat them with extra care:

• They are recorded by E20 staff during your sessions and are visible only to you and to authorised E20 staff.

• Scan reports are kept in private storage and are never publicly accessible.

• We use them only to show your progress and to guide your training — never for advertising, and never shared with third parties.

You can ask us at any time to delete your measurements.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your account and sign you in.

• Let you book and manage your sessions and packages.

• Show you your progress and body composition history.

• Send you service notifications such as booking confirmations, reminders, and cancellations.

• Respond to your questions and provide customer support.

• Keep the app secure and prevent fraud or abuse.

• Comply with our legal obligations.

Legal Bases for Processing

Where the laws of the European Union or the United Kingdom apply to you, we rely on the following legal bases to process your personal data:

• Performance of a contract — to provide the app and the services you request.

• Consent — for example, to send you push notifications and to record your body composition measurements; you can withdraw consent at any time.

• Legitimate interests — to keep the app secure, prevent abuse, and improve our services.

• Legal obligation — where we are required by law to process or retain certain data.

Payments

The app does not process payments. Sessions and packages are paid for directly at the studio.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate the app, and only as needed:

• Our hosting provider — to store your data securely.

• Apple, Google, and Expo push services — to deliver notifications to your device.

• Authorities or advisors — where we are legally required to disclose information, or to protect our rights.

Data Storage, Transfers & Retention

Your data is stored securely with our hosting provider and protected by encryption in transit and by access controls that keep each studio's data isolated. Our providers may store or process data on servers located outside Lebanon, including outside the European Economic Area; where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

We keep your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations. When you ask us to delete your account, we remove your personal data except where we must retain limited records to comply with the law.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.

• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data.

• Delete your data ("right to be forgotten").

• Restrict or object to certain processing.

• Receive a copy of your data in a portable format.

• Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.

You can delete your account from the Profile page at any time, or contact us to exercise any of these rights. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, and we will notify you within the app of any material changes. Your continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
